I don't know about you guys, but whenever I get my new MM in the mail I follow a 3 part process, first I glance thru the whole thing and usually read one or two things that just jump out or feature a super cool car, then I go back and read cover to cover, than at momments of bordom I take deep looks into wide set shots to see what I can see.
Well, I just took a long hard look at the pic in the pony trails section last night (silver springs I think) and I hope I am wrong about this, but if you go just left of the center of the pciture I could swear I am seeing one of those Miatastang hybrids.
I can't imagine that anyon would have the stones to show up in one of those things but for the like of me I can not id it as anything but. Someone please tell me I'm high.

then you see the interior and realize YUCK!! :nono:

No actual Mustangs are harmed to build them. Oh, and you could swap a V8 in...

Not my cup of tea, but one of those little bitty cars with a 5.0 in it? You'd surprise a bunch of people in stop light to stop light runs.
The hottest car in town when I was growing up was a totally stock looking 1978 MGB--one with rubber bumpers. The only give-away was hidden dual exhausts and two tiny "powered by ford" badges. Had a hopped-up 302 in it. Not much top end, but in short bursts, there wasn't much that could catch it.
So, pardon the pun, size doesn't matter. (I can't believe I went there.)

i don't i think one of those monster miata's with a 5.0/5spd and the stang body kit would be kinda cool, i know it sure would be fun to drive. you gotta remember the miata is such a small car that with a v8 it's more like a cobra than anything you can buy now and with the mustang body kit it won't look so "cute" and girlie. just my opinion, but i think it would be a blast to drive, but it could never replace my stang EVER.

Which pic/page? I wanna look too.
And yes, that's pretty much the order of operations when I get mine too.
