Technical Help please
Does anyone know what the correct length pushrod would be for my motor?
It is a 72 truck block 351W with a Crane Retro Roller conversion. With a small base circle hydraulic roller custom cam. I plan on installing AFR heads but I need help with this part.
Or at least point me to someone who could give the right answer?
In the Jegs, catalogue, it says a 7.7" pushrod but is this true in all cases?

this is one of those things where the catalog will say one thing, and it might be right, but you wont KNOW till you measure. Time to invest in an adjustable pushrod tool, or borrow one. You have made a potentially significant alteration of your stock geometry with a different base circle, diff heads, whatever rockers you plan on, etc.
Valvetrain geometry is too important to guess on, esp if you plan to run at elevated RPMs. If it were me, I would measure. JMO.

Well, I agree, however I don't know how to use that tool. I have adjusted rockers and pushrods but I am uneducated on how to check the proper length. Any tips there?
I have no problem buying the tool, just need to know how to use it.
