Pricing Opinions - 69 coupe

I'm going to look at this car near me this week. All indications are that the complete restoration down to bare metal body work with photos, paint, and mods are well done. The 351 C has paperwork listing forged internals, etc. I know it's worth what I'll pay, but I'm looking for your opinions on what you'd pay. That way I'll know what guys who know these cars best think. Guy before this owner that did the work was from Idaho just in case someone knows it. Car is advertised as follows:

1969 Ford Mustang 351C
Grabber Blue
Fully documented restoration
Perfect body and paint.
Baer 4S Disc Brakes
Big sway bars
All suspension replaced and upgraded.
Fresh Built motor 450hp
Aluminum Heads
Edelbrock intake
Quick Fuel carb
Headers
Aluminum radiator
T5 5speed
Ford 9inch rearend
370 Posi

Interior is supposed to be completely new. I think he mentioned aftermarket gauges. Have at it guys - tell me what you think would pay.

there is another member on here starting a build on a 69 coupe .. i suggested he do almost exactly what is pictured here .. a 69 California Special .. this is a good looking car .. but it is still a coupe .. it states a complete restoration .. well that depends on what restoration means to you ... 69 stangs did not come with 351 Cleveland engines .. not to worry .. it is a way better engine than the 351 windsor ..it has a lot of good stuff .. full frame connectors .. 4 wheel discs brakes .. caltrac rear suspension bars .. i personally balk at the coupe body ..20 grand tops for me ... and that`s generous i think ...this car sold for 25 grand last year ..

I would not pay more than $16,000
If it were a fastback it would be closer to $30,000

Whether it is new or old, folks seldom get a lot of money out of mods. The money is in "original" and "rare" for the most part.

That said, I would get in line for it in the $16K to $18K range. My first Mustang was a '69 coupe, so I will always have a soft spot for them.
