Price on a 66 Coupe
Price on a 66 Coupe
I have a 66 Mustang 200 I6 Coupe and I am thinking about selling it because I am getting married in Aug of 07. I was wondering about a starting price for the car. It is baby blue with a white hard top (originally Vinyl). It has the blue and white pony int with auto tranny. I still have the 3 speen manual to go with it. I also had to replace the rearend about 1.5 years ago but I still have the original. I also have a pioneer 1 disc cd player hidden in the glove box with 6.5 pioneer speakers in the kick pannels (still have original kick pannels) and 6X9 in the back. I also put new Dunlop SP40 white wall stripe tires all the way around in January with about 1000 miles on the car since then. It has 104,000 miles on it with an engine rebuilt @ 85000. I have all the documents and receipts that were done to the car with me owning it for the past 3 years as well as the owner before me. The outside is excellent but It is having a little engine trouble. I am planning on fixing it before I sell it so the new owner can have just as much enjoyment as i have.
Please I need all of you experts to tell me what you think
thanks jeff

Tough to price a car without having pics to go with the descriptions...but, with the way it is equipped....and the condition you describe.....$4,000 max? I dont know....its tough to say...how much do you think its worth? Depending on where you live....it may be worth more or less. but thats what stuff like that goes for here in Irish Country....
Baby blue with white hardtop? sounds like it would look funny.

Oh yeah...don't put a sign on it for $4,000....I just think thats how much you can get....and like I said....depending on your location and the buyer...maybe more
As always this is just a very rough guidline and speculation but if you are not selling to an enthusiast then you can use a print out from www.nada.com to back up what ever price you do decide to ask. The link below for example was based on what cars like this would/could sell for in my neck of the woods so you should start from the main page with your own zip code.
Good luck getting married, here's hoping you get top dollar to start you off on the right foot.
