Seems a bit odd for me to be creating a thread to introduce myself but what they hey, I'm game.
I have a 1965 coupe that I've been making a restomod (doing a restomod?) on. Ford racing crate motor, Edelbrock injection system, power assist disc brakes all around, power rack and pinion steering, T5 manual transmission, and classic autoair A/C unit. Been a long time coming, bought it 12 years ago and finally drove it about 7 months ago. As I work on the car I am becoming increasingly aware of it's "lack of originality" . I suppose this has freed me to make changes as I see fit as there is really very little that is sacred about this car.
According to the door tag it rolled off the line on July 30 1965, was Wimbledon white, had a 289, and an automatic transmission in it.
Bought the body and suspension from a Shelby fan. He lowered the front end about an inch and put a GT bumper on it.
Don't know if it's legal top post links, but this is a recent video of it, you can hear how it sounds.
