I just saw an ad in Mustang and Fords for Mustangs Plus's 18x8 Torq Thrust II's. They say that the backspacing is correct for 65-73's, but do you all think that there will be any problems if I bought them for my 68 fastback?

they're too big

we had 17's on my mustang before we bought it.we test drove it and the ride was rough going over a newly paved highway, i;d go with a rim that has a bigger sidewall. a restomod is a car that's able to be drove in comfotbaly but still be somewhat the vision of a classic car
