Mustang aftermarket racing seats!

I am looking to upgrade my 65 mustang coupe to have racing seats in it. I am curious as to who has done it out there and which brand you can recommend! I definitely want a seat with reclining and harness capabilities. I love the racey look!! Please post any pictures you may have as well! Thanks a lot! I was thinking about corbeau but let me know what you guys think! Thanks!!

well when i did my vert i went i went pony and my coupe i did racing but not high end as its just a toy to beat on, my fastback will get racing seats they are just so much more comfy and purposeful. my coupe i used bomz which were only 320 for the set i think and they fit with a little filing of the standard seat holes

Great! Thanks for the pictures! I actually want to di the same thing with my coupe and install the Shelby side scoops and the gt350 hood. So the Bomz sears are pretty good quality?

Can i also ask What did you do with your suspension? Did you just replace stock parts or upgrade to new aftermarket parts? Thanks!

The Bomz seats were ok, the ones i ordered were cloth, and i prefer vinyl. I mean you get what you pay for, they serve their purpose and obviously they give you the look and more comfort but there is defiinitely better quality. It depends on if your going all out on the car or doing a budget build. My fastback is going to be a show car basically but i also want the best of both worlds and want to be able to take it to the track so it will get pro cars most likely. and yes the gt350 scoops are a nice touch, the coupe also has 4 inch flares all the way around. as for suspension i rebuilt stock setup with beefier components like poly bushings, stiffer coils, 5 leafs in rear gas adjusts around, sway bars front and rear. it works well but on the fastback im going to be putting coilovers, mustang 2 style front with rack and 9 inch out back with 4 link. it will serve the same purpose and allow for good track times. Again it depends on what your plans are with the car
