BLAKE - I am posting this here because it mostly affects those of us with "classics", and it will have affects that reach far beyond California if it passes (for example: after market performance parts)

Well, we let AB2683 pass, now they are trying for more. Remember kids, if it happens in California it is likely to happen in the rest o the country. Read the following and pay particular attention to point #1. There were many who didn't contact their legislaters regarding AB2683 "because it didn't affect their pre-75 car", well now you can consider yourself included.

Forget the rivalries and stand with those who may like a different vehicle than you do to help fend off these threats.
so true. this thing better not happen. ima be PO'd!
why cant they acceot that classic cars are just as much a part of our history as things like Mt. Rushmore, or city hall and whatnot. you hear that environmentalists? our CARS helped shape history to create the society we live in today! let the 30 year rolling limit stay!
