Looking reputable shop to Restore my Car!

Attention all car enthusiasts!
I am the one who needs my 1967 GT 350 restored, and I'm looking for your help. I've heard too many horror stories about restoration shops, so I'm hoping that you can recommend a few good ones in South Florida. I'm willing to tow the car north if needed.
My dream is to make my GT 350 a Resto Mod, but I'm also open to restoring it to its original glory. I'm on a budget, but I'm willing to invest in a quality restoration.
