Question Looking reputable shop to Restore my Car!

Attention all car enthusiasts!

I am the one who needs my 1967 GT 350 restored, and I'm looking for your help. I've heard too many horror stories about restoration shops, so I'm hoping that you can recommend a few good ones in South Florida. I'm willing to tow the car north if needed.

My dream is to make my GT 350 a Resto Mod, but I'm also open to restoring it to its original glory. I'm on a budget, but I'm willing to invest in a quality restoration.

I'm asking for your feedback because I want to find a shop that is:
  • Reputable and trustworthy
  • Affordable
  • Experienced in restoring classic Mustangs
  • Able to meet my specific needs and budget
  • Willing to work with me if I need to tow the car to them from South Florida
Please leave a review of your favorite restoration shop in the comments below. Your feedback will help me to make an informed decision about where to have my GT 350 restored.

Thank you for your help!

P.S. I'm also open to any other advice or tips that you have for restoring a classic Mustang. I'm a novice when it comes to car restoration, so any information would be greatly appreciated.

I'm happy to help wherever I can, even if it's just advice. There are a LOT of variables to consider here but you are right...there are a LOT of horror stories out there and as someone who owns a shop specializing in Mustangs, I have never had a car come to me that has been done right and it's sad to see how common this is. As far as me being able to help you with your project, time frame is going to be the issue as I am currently booked with a full house...however I'm happy to talk with you and help with advice. Feel free to give me a call or just message me with your number and I'd be happy to call you. My shop number is 205-629-3126, I'm in Alabama just outside of Birmingham.

Sorry, I'm currently out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday week but I'll be back in the office next Monday.
