List of Wheels that look best on 1st Gen Mustang

Its almost time to start considering wheels for my 68 mustang coupe that I am restoring. i wanted to go with 2003 mach 1 wheels but I was not quite sure whether or not it would have the offset that I want to fit 9 to 10 inch tires. especially when I will be needing an adapter plate to fit those rims. so I was wondering in your opinions what wheels look the best on 1st Gens. post pictures please. thankyou much

I was gonna say Cragars, but those are close enough.
Here's another that would look good in my opinion.

The worst wheel ever in my opinion was the Keystone Classic....God I hated those wheels. I had Cragar SS's on my '68 Coupe when I was 16(I won't say how long ago that was ).

But in my opinion you can't beat a 16" vintage 45...even with primer on the car it makes the car look 100 times better! That's what I have on my '65.....

Stock styled steel, Torq-Thrust (not chromed), and a few others also look good, IMO.

Billet magnum 500's! 17X8 up front with with a 255/45R17 and 17X9.5 out back with a 295/40R17. A nice subtle update that at a glance appears like a stock magnum but allows you to stuff in some 13" disc brakes and lots of Meat!

Actually they don't....Fox wheels fit the Mustang II but not the 4 lug first generation cars.
