Hesitation and Jerking Wile Driving
Hello Everyone!
I have a 1965 mustang (200, straight 6, Autolight 1 barrel carb, four speed) which is having some trouble.
My car does run, it's actually driving at the moment, but it keeps hesitating and jerking a little when I press on the gas peddle.
I changed the fuel line, and distributor vacuum line (in case those where clogged), I rebuilt the crab - cleaned it out and made sure all the openings/passageways were clear, flout level in the carb it good, starters good, spark plugs are good, timings good, and I adjusted the idle mixture screw so it is idling nice and quite now, but I'm still having trouble wile driving.
I'm wondering if maybe there is something wrong with the adjustments I made on my carbs either choke, or idle screw, that could be causing the problem? Or if it's something else entirely?
Thanks so much for all your help, I really appreciate it!
