Has anyone seen this car? I restored it in the 90s and sold in in 2000. I'm interested in buying it back if it is still in good condition!

I'm not sure if car fax worked for cars that old...but you could order a car fax and see where sold and where it would be now.

If I remember correctly, classic cars don't have enough digits in the VIN to work with Carfax.

Texas is a big place. Where was it? Do you know who you sold it to? That'd be a much better way to track it down.

Exactly right, CarFax doesn't work on pre-81 cars.

Also, second the notion of trying to track it down the buyer, if possible.
