Dynacorn shell?

Are opinions good/bad or all over the place on Dynacorn shells? Since I'm turning my hulk into a 69 Shelby this could make some sense. It seems the Dynacorn shells are missing almost all the parts that I have to buy...with the single exception of the deck lid. Seriously...only the deck lid comes with the Dynacorn that I don't need. Everything else, the Dynacorn has and the Shelby replaces.

My concern, besides this costing a small fortune...and that only because I would be starting with a large fortune. Is that the TCI suspension componants won't fit correctly. Lets face it, there are likely changes that can't be seen that could affect where all the after market suspension and braces fit.

Since I'm not a body finisher. I'm thinking about donating my time, yes for free if they'll have me. To a local shop to trade and learn the basics. I have no deslusion on how many hours a new shell would take before it was ready for paint.

I'm a computer engineer...so I figure I can handle any network/system problems they have while they show me how to block sand and fill.

This could cost me a wife and lot of money...I know one will be worth it.

Well, this place used to sell 67-68 body shells for around 9 grand. Maybe they will sell you a 69 body.

1967 1968 REFURBISHED MUSTANG FASTBACKS ! THE BEST YOU CAN GET $9500 !!!

They took them all apart and transformed coupes into fastbacks. Kind of unusual, but it is about the only alternative that I can think of.....
