But for those of you don't normally visit there, you may want to check out this thread if your own project seems overwhelming to you, particularly upgrading your car to more modern standards. This is hands down one of the wildest ideas I've seen so far and it looks like it will be pulled off as well.

SN65 Project

There is another guy (67vert) who is also building a removable fastback top for his convertiblewhich I thought interesting but it pales in comparison to the SN65 project linked above.
