That is one mean car!! I want one ! 😄

Here is a link to SVTP forum with GT500 production numbers. I couldn't find a link to non-GT500 Mustangs.

It's a nice breakdown except it doesn't show combinations of options. For example; for our car, it is 1 of 7 non-PP verts. According to SVT, ours is the only one with blue stripes but this table doesn't show that.

I hope this helps some others here understand the breakdown of their cars. Have fun!

I have a 71 Convertible, M-code 351 4v with a 4 speed. One of only 176 produced with this drive-line in 71. The previous owner added the "Mach 1" stripe kit so I call it a "Mach 1 Tribute" since Ford never built Mach 1 convertibles.

I had a 1968 S code convertible GT for some 25 years. Not sure how rare that was but not a common car.

I'm not sure but my '68 coupe I'm pretty sure is a sprint package! But I recently saw something about the "cardinal edition" which my car shares many features with! Are there any owners of any that can point me in the right direction for info! Thanks!

There was a Mustang Monthly article, maybe in 2013?? that went over some of the more rare and dealer options. Searching for that might be a good starting point.
