Carburetor ??
My 1968 has a C5ZF-D Carburetor by Ford, which I believe is the Autolite 4100. My online research tells me this was a carburetor used on the 64 1/2 - 66 models.
This makes me think the carburetor is not the original carb equipped on the car. Is this a fair assumption?
I need to order a rebuild kit because there is oil that is pooling on top of the block just below the carb and I want to get the correct kit. Either that, or I am going to replace the whole carb.
I am not a mechanic by any stretch, so any advice is appreciated.
Thanks.

Thanks
Thanks for all of your responses. I was able to buy the correct kit from a local auto parts place and replaced the base gaskets and the pump diaphragm was leaking fuel, so I replaced it to.
It is running strong and no leaks.
