Talking

well, Arins just picked up an EFI motor and AOD trans out of a '90 continental (special thanks to Joe for filling me in on Lincoln trannys), plus some coolio red/orange valve covers for the junkyard in SJ today.

and it only came to $207!!!

god bless America, and and sales it creates for its holidays

well, im gonna pull off the EFI intake, throttlebody and MAF and sell that, whats a good asking price, BTW?

i think ill go with an edelbrock performer and maybe a holly 650 carb... any other tips would be nice.now i need motor plates, cuz i couldnt find mounts. anyone have a welder they can lend me, and free lessons of course.

wats a good shifter for the AOD? cuz the lin had it on the steering coulumn and thats a nono for a stang.

god and engine/tranny is heavy as heck! when we got it home out neighbor was like "how the heck did you get the son'o'b$%^& in that lil van?"

its plymouth voyager so you all know.

after four straight days of not sleeping in and going to Pick'n'Pull, arin is done... ok no, now i need like ten billion other things...

oh a radiator, yeah, need that too lol.

lemme kno if any of you local guys got that stuff for sale...

You should be able to bolt in a 5.0 without a plate... I am sure you can find the motor mounts at any local parts store. If you need and kind of frame mounts, just search around, I am sure you can find them somewhere.

AOD? I thought you were hooked on the stickshift??? find a T5 :P
