Hi, i am new to the site and i have a problem with my non-power steering in my 69 mustang. There seems to be alot of play in the steering wheel. I know there should be very little if any play at all. suggestions?

 

I believe the steering box may need to be adjusted. There is an adjustment screw on the side which is recessed and I believe uses an Allen wrench. I would start there. Has the unit ever been rebuilt?
