Is a 66 mustang worth $4000? Lots of rust and brakes are pretty bad, turns right every time you brake. Just got a new radiator, battery, tires, and shocks.

The new stuff does not offset the hideous that appears to be there... it's a parts car with 'tons of rust', but hopefully the insides and trim isn't bad.

Of course, there may be other mitigating factors that could get it out of 'parts car' range, but we'd need pics and other details.
