Hey i was wondering if theres a difference between the center console in a 65 coupe versus a 65 convertible..

The console for a 65-66 coupe/fastback is different from a convertible console.
The vert console is trimmed more along the bottom to fit the different style floor pans in a vert.

does anyone make a retro looking overhead conosle similar to thhe 67-68 for the 65

 

You can take a look on my site for our overhead consoles.
They're similar to the 67-68's with the same style map lights with a removable dual gauge pod if don't want to add gauges. The aluminum insert is also removable if you don;t want to go that route.
The coupe versions are now available and the fastback version should be available next week.

i got a pretty dope design for a 65 fastbask 3rd breaklight hidden in the middle pillar metal cover...
and a rear hatchback back glass hidden so it looks stock...

 

Here's a pic of the fastback version that's hot off the press.
It will have the map lights/buttons just like the coupe version installed.
