Hi all,

I am planning on some engine upgrades on my 1969 M code Mustang. I would like to increase horsepower but I want to try doing it with period upgrades. At least make the engine look like could have been done in the late 60s or early 70s. Any suggestion on where to get parts such as headers and cams that were used back in the day? Do I need to just hit the swapmeets or are there part suppliers that have period parts?

Thanks in advance

edelbrock intakes made today would still look like they made them 40 years ago .. M/T ( mickey thompson ) aluminum valve covers were the rage in 69 ... hooker was about the only header maker back then and they still do .. summitt racing can fix you up with everything you want
