Greetings ...

I am close to start building my 1969 Mach 1; I am still building a list of to do items. I saw the new post on Ford's custom mustang wheels ... soo my question is would their 17's fit on my car ( the 5 bolt pattern's match? )

http://forums.bradbarnett.net/index.php?showtopic=34508

otherwise ... I would like to hear from other 1969 owners and get their feedback.

thanks

yup, the first double bladed sithlord that did a lot more damage than palpitine and vader combined ... and a proud licence plate on two mustangs so far and looking to be a third.

as long as the bolt pattern matches; i do like the new ford styles; just need to pick one now.

i've seen a couple 69 sportsroofs that have had the 03-04 mach 1 wheels on them.they look pretty good.and the car being a mach 1 wouldn hurt it either.

Hi welcome aboard...
I'm in the process of rebuilding a 69 Mach1 as well.....I'm going with '15 Magnum500 wheels....i like the classic look and originality of these wheels, trying to keep as original as possible to the Mustang theme....

Latemodel wheels can be made to fit classics, but some come closer to fitting than others, and all will require adapters.

SN95 ('94-04) will work better, because their offset is closer to that of a classic, and the adapters/spacers will not need to be too thick.

This thread might be handy...

i've seen 17 inch cragar wheels with low pro tires on a 69 and they really work. i got 15 inch cragars on mine, but i'd like to upgrade to 17's also.
