I have everything but 2 or 3 spots sanded. If I can find a camera I will take pics of it.

Lots of pics. Thanks for those. Glad to see that you're keeping up your thread in spite of the crash.

Yeah, I just redid mine as well. Didn't post all the pics I took, just the main ones.

Good! Sounds good!

I saw this blue Mustang over the weekend that had a $600 paint job and it looked really nice. I was kind of surprized.

I think your's is going to look even better then that!

Got it to make a new album. All body work pics are in that album.

OK, sounds good. Still looking forward to the pics when it's done!

Still going with the red with black strips down the middle?

I started thinking silver stripes, but I am still undecided. I still have over 1 month to decide(hopefully I can). I also decided I am going to order a set of Anthracite Bullitts in 17x8 and 17x10.5 after christmas since the paint job will be done early.

Might just go with candy apple red only, no stripes.

Yeah, I think a solid color might be better myself, plus it should be cheaper.

A 600.00 PAINT job can look like a couple thousand dollar paint job, for a little while,

one key reason paint, but mainly clear coats are so expensive are the uv protectants,

cheaper ones do not have them, thats why the clear and or the paint will fade.

you can always go with a cheap paint, but dont skimp on the clear coat

I will ask what Sherwin Williams suggests when I go get the paint next month. If the guy doesn't charge me much I will get some good paint.
