Make sure your brakes work good before you drive it! Otherwise, look out! lol

Wish i could say the same, haha. have to cut the rear line and put another fitting on it. seems to be happening alot =/ hopefully get new front brake lines this weekend and get the brakes fully working and ready for when i get tires

Are you using stainless steel lines? I was thinking of getting those myself......

go with the SS, I had an old set of steel ones blow on a pick up, not fun down shifting and using the parking brake to make it home. The cost is not that much more.

Got the rear brakes done. All i need are front brake lines and and figure out why it wont stay in park and then its drivable, haha.

Do you have an Auto Trans? There's a bushing on the shifter that I had replaced that can cause it to slip out of gear. It usually goes into reverse and who knows why it will end up?

I hope this helps, it you have a manual, then that won't be the cause of it.

Yeah, it's two little plastic bushings that are at the bottom of the shifter. In the bolt that goes thru the shifter actually...

oh, well that bolt isnt exactly tight right now. when i put the carpet in my friend tried to take the shift handle off and never tightened to bolt back up, haha.

Does anyone happen to know the length of the front brake lines? Instead of spending $30 and up on pre bent lines im just going to bend my own

Just gonna order pre-bent lines even though they are 50$ and order an alarm pretty soon.

I really wish people would be more careful around my car, but i guess thats 1 wish that will never come true. Might be better if i dont paint my car nice =/
