Ford Racing and Roush Launch 600 HP Mustang GT Supercharger
Considering Roush’s longstanding relationship with Ford Racing, we’ve come to expect some pretty exciting things whenever the two come together.
Their latest collaboration is no exception. Roush has cooked up a new supercharger kit for the 2015 Mustang GT that boosts the car’s output to 600 plus horsepower. And as you’d expect, both teams went to great lengths to make sure the kit lives up to expectations.
“Our software and calibration was developed using Ford Racing calibrators and test facilities,” said Doug White, Ford Racing Performance Parts manager, in a Ford press release statement. “The result is a kit that delivers peak performance and exceptional drivability.”
The Ford Racing/Roush Performance supercharger will be available through all Ford dealers, Roush Performance dealers and independent Ford Racing distributors. The kit for the supercharger should be available later this year.
