2013 Impact Blue GT
Well I've had the car for a little over a week now and finally got her cleaned up and got some good photos. I originally went in looking for an optioned up '12 and after seeing the '13's in person I didn't care what options I had as long is it looked like that and had the 5.0 and a manual. She's a completely base GT and I took her home for invoice. Put new infinity's in to replace the stock speakers the night I took her home and ordering the Roush axel back this week, and looking into shifters. But mostly just having a ton of fun driving it for now. More pics and fun to come!
Also wanted to give a big thanks to Jeff (05fordgt) for helping me out with a bunch of my pricing research!
edit: hold on pic coming...

The car was very cooperative. Those two...not so much. It's a feat in and of itself to get them to lift their heads up and stop eating grass for a few seconds haha.
Also if anyone cares the red horse is Romeo, the tan one is Juliet, and the blue one is as of yet unnamed.

I've test-driven two Deep Impact Blue '13 GT's in the past week. The 1st with that auto-sport shift almost turned me off to new Mustangs altogether. Two days later I went in and drove a 6-speed and faith totally restored. Love the Deep Impact Blue.

Yeah I can't express how much I LOVE the color! This one had to come in from another dealership so I bought it without ever seeing the color in person (just pictures) and am definitely happy with it. It's a bit of a dust magnet but it's worth it cause it looks so good cleaned up.
I was originally looking for a Grabber Blue car but I think the 13's look meaner and better in the darker colors. In my opinion Deep Impact Blue and Sterling Grey are the two best colors on this year.
I also drove an auto around town for a bit while my salesman was doing up some papers and stuff and while it was nice, for me it was nowhere near as fun.

It was definitely a worry but I really wanted those shots haha.
Precautions were taken though. My mom is just outside the frame to grab them, (and shhh...but there may be a couple lead ropes that got edited out : P) and we tried to keep their rears aimed away since they kick at bugs and stuff with their hind legs lol.

Beautiful horses, and the car is sweet. I would offer a cautionary tale about horses in proximity to vehicles as part of a lesson delivered my by the giant butt-dent in the bed of a 1999 F350 of mine, when a smart-alec gelding decided it looked like a good place to rub his hind-quarters one day, but I'm sure you know the dangers...
Nice car. Wife just bought a V6 base in that color. Nicest color on the lot, in my estimation.

Sorry for bumping this thread back up. I had a question about your speaker upgrade. Were they plug and play (bolt right up with no modifications)? What model did you use? How's the sound with the stock OEM radio?
I have a base 13 as well and the speakers are HORRIBLE.. I need to get them swapped right away!
Did you swap the front and rears?
