Historic Ford Factory Seeks Preservation Through Crowdsourcing

Ford Motor Company is as American as apple pie and baseball, and preserving its great history is paramount to moving forward. After all, they say you must look back before moving forward and that’s what a group of passionate people are doing in Detroit, saving history. The Woodward Avenue Action Association is attempting to buy two buildings at the old Ford Highland Park facility where the Model T was built in the hopes of forever preserving the historical site.
