I guess it’s safe to say the all-new 2015 Mustang is kind of stealing the show (pun intended) after wrapping up another best-in-show award at the Chicago Auto Show.

On the heels of winning the best production design award at the 2014 North American Auto Show in Detroit, the sixth-gen Mustang rolled into the Windy City earning the Best All-New Production Vehicle award.

The award, one of five categories honored at the Chicago show, is based on consumer votes over the 10 day run of the annual auto show, which ended Feb. 17.

“Best of Show voting has become a benchmark measure, and winning in any category is quite meaningful for our manufacturers and exhibitors,” said 2014 Chicago Auto Show Chairman Kurt Schiele. “In a year where the show featured three indoor test tracks and six outdoor test drives, consumers had a better chance than ever to evaluate the competitors and let their voice be heard.”

Next up is the New York International Auto Show which is being held right around the official 50th Anniversary of the iconic Ford pony car. An earlier bets on whether it’ll take another award home from the showing there?
