Insane ‘Project M’ Mustang is a bargain for the power, but it is only available in automatic with no warranty.

The amount of power that the iconic Ford Coyote V8 is capable of is astonishing. Furthermore, the power the 10-speed automatic transmissions can put up with is equally impressive. Because of this, various dealerships are now offering Mustangs with insane power right off the showroom floor. Most of them are supercharged, and some of them even come with a warranty.

One dealership that has become renowned for this practice is Lebanon Ford in Ohio. They have been offering supercharged Mustangs at amazing prices for years now.  This time, though, they are taking it to a whole new level. They are shooting for the stars, and they claim these “Project M” Mustangs make 1,000 horsepower with a small pulley on the supercharger. Additionally, they are advertising that you can easily swap the supercharger pulley to go from track to street. It’s an incredible prospect. What is even crazier, though, is the price. They start at just $54,995.

What Exactly Do You Get for Your Money, Though?

According to their website, the car starts as a 2020 Mustang GT 300a, which is a base model. It still includes LED headlights, Bluetooth, and fog lights. However, it comes with cloth seats. Additionally, the starting price includes the 10-speed automatic transmission. However, if anything on the base Project M Mustangs isn’t to your liking, they can upgrade for an additional cost. You can even start with a higher trim, add more options, and even more aftermarket components.

How Are they Making So Much Power?

The additional power is coming from intercooled Procharger D1x stage 2 supercharger kit. It comes with two different pulleys, one for running E85 and the other for running 93 octane fuel. It includes a Palm Beach Dyno Ngauge with both tunes loaded and ready to be switched based on what fuel is in the tank. Also among the modification list is straight cut gears, GT350 MAF tubing, a race-spec intercooler, and a Big Red blow-off valve. It runs dual fuel pumps and massively high flow rate injectors to keep up with the E85.

Furthermore, it comes with two dyno sheets so you can safely rub it in everyone’s face. If they can catch up, that is. You can also get a host of optional upgrades, including suspension,  a drag racing package, and an alternator relocation to run a more grippy Whipple supercharger belt.

With all these options, you may be wondering where the good news ends. Well, unfortunately, the one thing you can’t get with it is a warranty. It makes perfect sense, as this is a full-blown track-ready car. However, you can still get their 700-HP version that does include a warranty.

Overall, no matter how much power you want or how over the top you’d like to go, Lebanon Ford can get you a Mustang to make your dreams come true even if that dream is a 1,000 horsepower track-oriented beast of a car.
