I like the retro look of the rear window louvers. The louvers were optional on the 69 Boss & louvers & Shaker optional on the 70 Boss. My 70 Boss didn't have either.
I have the MRT/Visus louvers on mine. Been on almost 5yrs now. No rattles, shakes, etc. Only hand wash, so can't comment on car washes. Mine are hinged & big plus when cleaning. No issues with rear vision.

Love the louvers, retro is what this car is all about!
Car is retro, louvers are retro. The Mustang will never again look so similar to a 69/70, and still be a brand new car. Me want.

Just ordered the louvers from MRT, They had a special listed here, it was expired but when I asked about it the honored the old special price.
Most likely will need to paint them to match the shinny stripes and glass roof color but can't wait to see how they look

I'm sitting on the fence, but leaning toward getting a set of MRT aluminum louvers. Looks like Scott will have the first set for his new YB Boss 302.
Scott, do you have louvers (slats) on your '70 Boss?

My Boss is a mess right now but yes it does and was not ordered that way. That is OK as I would add them anyway. I see no problem adding spoiler/slats/shaker to a Boss without them, it will cost ya but you can always go back if needed. My first Boss had slats, spoiler from the factory but the shaker was added. Now my Boss will have them added afterwards just like my Boss but not like my Boss ....make any sense? (Sorry just kidding around at the end there)
