So if I stroke my 06 4.6 I understand I will only gain a few hp? If I do stroke it will I be able to increase my redline? Rev higher? Or would I need to get upgraded heads?

There are a few options for you, stroking a motor is usually reserved for the guys that need a forged bottom end, and want to take advantage of the extra cubes. Upgraded heads/cams will always result in more power!
