Off road x pipe or h pipe

So contemplating on which pipe I want to go with and if it's off road or not. I want to get some long tube headers for my 14 gt but not sure if it will be worth all the trouble of installing them. Also does anybody know anyone on Texas that would pass me with an off road x-pipe? My cousin may be able to bc he told them to pass me with my tires almost bald on my challenger but idk about the 02 sensor.
Thanks guys.

Also which ones would you recommend? Also I'm not sure I'll be supercharging in the near future. So idk if it's pointless to get new headers. I rather get a new motorcycle for 8000 bucks lol

One word for you, my friend.

Kooks.

Contact them for any questions you may have. But their quality is second to none.

Personally, I would not mess with off-road (meaning: illegal) mid pipe. It just isn't worth the hassle to me, or the possibility of being thrown in federal environmental crime prisson. (yeah that's a stretch, but the election is soon and then who knows . . . . )

Kooks long tubes + "green cats" supposedly will pass in Massachusetts, so you should be all set in Texas!

An H pipe will give you a deeper tone over the X, but the X will net a few more ponies. It all boils down to the sound you're looking for so Id check out some sound clips here and YouTube.

Agree. I had an x for quite some time then switched to Kooks' green Catted H pipe (plus side exit), and never looked back since.
