Not yet, football season slowed us down like.....to a complete stop, but me and my bro are back at it.....bought materials to paint engine bay.....gonna be calypso coral also. I'll post more pics as we get it together. Gonna get 31 spline 3:91 Detroit Locker from Currie. Can't wait to get that.

Here's mine. Just got it back from paint on Christmas eve. Been working on it for nearly 4 months. 69 Sportsroof in Calypso Coral with 70 Grabber stripes.

Very nice David... That's an interesting side stick/badging setup. How did that come about?

Sweet 69 David....I like the striping down the side......I think I kinda like that you didn't black out the hood also.

I seem to recall months ago about an article in MM where they asked for pictures of folks who always owned their mustangs to show them and the cars then and now. The editor at the time showed his 69 sportsroof then (taken in 71 or so) and he had it modded with the 70 boss stripe exactly like that, had big shackles in the back also and (gulp) vette type side pipes. As I had never seen it prior, it defintily stuck out in my mind seeing it again. I wonder if that's where he got it from???

Well...Here is my ride.

Its only 2 old pictures. The car currently has the front suspension completely out of the car. I am replacing everything!! and adding a Rod & Custom Motorsports front disc conversion (uses my factory spindles).

I will update with new photos soon.

Registered sometime ago, but have yet to post. Anyway, I'm an early 30's type who resides in NOLA (thats New Orleans, La.) with my lovely wife, my dog and 2 cats. Anyway here is my ride, a 1967 C code Fastback.

Nice car dream! What's that color called? It looks familliar but not really. like a variation of a Viper Blue or something.

From what I understand it is Midnightmist Metallic Blue (the origional coded color). Most of the Mustang guys I run into seem to agree, but it looks a little light as I remember the Midnightmist looking a bit darker. Having never seen another Midnightmist Mustang in person I really don't know. It seems in all of the pictures I have seen the Midnightmist Blue seems to be a bit darker. Still it could just be the light in those pictures. BTW any NOLA guys here?

Reminds me of "Pepsi Blue" a popular shade about 10 years or so ago. Sorry Pak, that's not in even close to Viper Blue...

Here's a pic from this summer

Since then I've installed the front and rear windows and about 90% of the interior. Just haven't taken any recent pics.
I was missing some of the thoughtful posts from the other Stang site

MAN, that car has come a LONG way.

You'll be driving by the time all this ice melts!
