Apparently, there’s no limit on the kind of stuff that can be cooked up to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Mustang.

No, we mean really – none at all.

The most recent we’ve learned about is a line of limited-edition nail polish being produced in tribute to the Ford pony car.  The Mustang inspired lacquer, developed by the salon company, OPI, in partnership with Ford Motor Co., is expected to go on sale in July, according to a Los Angeles Times report.

To date, the only color that has been announced is “Race Red.” Yet, we wouldn’t be surprised if there are a few more flavors in the works for those looking to spice up their fingernails in celebration of five decades of the Mustang.

Now, the question of exactly who those people might be still has us a bit puzzled. But over the years we’ve learned not to be surprised at anything Mustang fanatics might do to express their love for the Ford pony car.
