1. Magnaflow Exhaust System

If you have a Ford Mustang, whether it's a V6, GT, GT500, Shelby, or even a Boss 302, this brand will totally complement your car. The Magnaflow Street Cat-Back exhaust is one of the most popular systems for the Mustang; however, the company makes other ones that are backed by great warranties, and even better reputations. Systems like the Street Cat-Back come with 3" tubings and 4.5" stainless-steel tips. This system will free up your Mustang's engine, give you a real American-muscle deep sound, and show immediate and noticeable increase in performance.

2. Borla Exhaust System

The Borla company has been making exhausts for the Mustang for years, and the options are numerous. The Borla Stinger S-Type Cat-Back system has received tremendous feedback from Mustang owners across the USA, but depending on the year and model of your Mustang, you may need to do some research and shopping around for the best suited system.

The Borla Stinger S-Type gives your Mustang a throaty tone without the drone. This model comes in 3" tubing, and 4" stainless-steel tips, which have the Borla logo on them. This model can work with both your factory headers, and aftermarket long ones.

3. Roush Exhaust System

Roush makes performance exhaust kits that are designed to improve your Mustang's sound, power, and even fuel consumption. These packages can vary in price, depending on your Mustang's year and model, and for anything between $500 and $2,600, you can make your Mustang feel completely different, and much more aggressive.

The Roush V8 Quad-Tip Exhaust Kit is rather popular, and it is known to give your car an extremely aggressive exhaust tone. The kit is an axle-back exhaust with high-flow duel tip mufflers. The entire exhaust system is corrosion resistant, made from T-304 stainless-steel, and it comes in 4" tubing. This system only works for the newer V8 Mustangs, so if you have a different model, consider some of their other kits HERE.

4. Corsa Xtreme Exhaust

The Corsa Xtreme Axle-Back exhaust can be the best-of-both-worlds option for your Mustang. Corsa incorporates the reflective cancelation sound technology, which allows you to cruise quietly on the freeway, but it can scream and be angry when you're on the throttle.

This system provides deep, aggressive sound, and it comes in 3" tubing, as well as mirror-polished 4" Pro-Series tips. This system works with most Mustangs, but check your specific model to be sure. This American-made product utilizes a side-to-side cut, which fits the rear of the Mustang much better, allowing a much better look.

5. Flowmaster Exhaust System

If you have a GT Mustang, the Flowmaster Outlaw Series Axle-Back Exhaust can truly make your car sound vicious. The Flowmaster outlaw is made out of durable 409 stainless-steel, with 3" tubing and 4" stainless-steel tips. This system requires cutting the stock muffler, and clamping this one in its place. If you have a V6 or an EcoBoost, consider the Flowmaster American Thunder Axle-Back exhaust. It offers a similar, aggressive sound as it generously increases the performance of your Mustang.
