The team at Hennessey Performance is at again, and this time they’ve cooked up a new performance kit for the Mustang GT that gives the car a 0 – 60 mph time of 3.4 seconds.

For comparison, the Shelby GT350 has a 0 – 60 mph time of 3.9 secs.

That extra speed in the GT comes courtesy of Hennessey Performance’s HPE750 package and new CarbonAero carbon fiber aero package, as highlighted in a Car Buzz report. At the heart of the upgrade is the HPE’s 2.9-liter supercharger system. All in all, we’re talking about a total of 774 horsepower and 648 lb-ft of torque.

The Mustang GT HPE package comes equipped with a carbon fiber front splitter, side sills, and rear lip spoiler. Additional updates include Hennessey Performance H10 wheels, coilover suspension, and a Brembo brakes upgrade.

The Mustang also features a few unique HPE badging elements as well.
