Today, Ford's 350 millionth car was built at Ford's new factory at Rayong, Thailand factory.
Ford's 350 millionth car is this Focus, which was the best selling car in the world in 2012. So far 489,616 were built, compared to 462,187 Corollas.

I don't care where they're built, to be honest. A Ford is a Ford and it's a brand a care for deeply. That stems from my dad having a string of Fords throughout my youth and my first 4 cars were, naturally, all Fords.
When was a young lad, I used to think Ford was a British company. Well, we had manufacturing facilities building Fords for the UK and European markets. Of course, I soon learned where it all began but, in a world before the Internet, I focussed (no pun!) on our home grown Fords.
Anyway...............congrats to Ford. That's a heck of a lot of cars
