Started yesterday when I jumped into my car, I turn it on and hear this rather loud clicking noise...sorta like click..click...click...click. So im thinking someone strapped a bomb to my car I was just about to jump out when it stopped.

After some fiddling around Ive found that its coming from the air vent, when its selected in the drivers face settings. The defroster or legs setting doesnt do it.

Anyone else have aproblem with this yet

 

think your blender door might be sticking or the actuator motor might be bad.

 

So the das will have to come apart im guessing, then im sure the creaking and cracking will commence shortly after.
