Eibach Pro-Kit for V6's (Do's / Dont's)??
Hey guy's, I finnally going to put the Eibach Pro-Kit Springs on my 2005 V6 coupe. Anybody got any do's or don't to warn me of?? Thanks for any advice!!

I have the eibach pro kit on my v6 and it is a very easy install I'll tell you how to do it. It was really easy for me it took me about 50 minutes to do the whole car. I jacked up the front and put the jacks on the support underneath and then i jacked up the back and put the jacks not on the axle but on the chassis tubes that come back on either side of spare tire area in front of the muffler.
Remove all your wheels. Lets start with teh front. Your going to have to first remove the little hose thats clipped into the strut, then remove the brake line bracket with a 10mm wrench or socket.Remove the bolt from the sway bar and then remove the 2 bottom bolts of the strut, your going to want to prop the rotor assembly with a jack stand or board or somethign so that it doesnt drop all the way down and mess up your brake lines and other stuff. After you removed the 2 large bottom bolts remove the 4 top bolts and take the strut and spring out. You will need a spring compressor to change out the spring, so if you dont have one take it to a place that does.
I found it you had to remove the brake calipers with the 2 bolts on the back ( they will be tight as hell). So removing them this way you dont mess up the lines. put you jack under the rear axle and jack it up so its just touching it. Take out the bottom shock bolt and this should drop that axle side down. lower your axle down by lowering the jack, you should be able to get the old spring out from a top of the axle and put the new one in. THen just repeeat for the other side. It is a fairly simple process just got to watch out for the break lines. But the springs seem to smoothen out a little bit after a week or so.
Goodluck with the install and I reccomend the springs.

Just got my Pro-Kit installed today! Wow! 
What a difference it made. Several of my friends from 2005stang.com got together to do this install, 
, and BS about Mustangs!! We installed the springs, elongated two bolts on the struts, and installed a set of camber bolts I picked on FleaBay. Camber looks good and the car rides awesome!

Per my less than trustworthy eyes theres still a slight bit of forward rake left following the install. Unfortunately I didn't think to take front and rear measurements before we got the springs installed.
I'll tell you this though... replacing the springs definitely changed things for the better! I think the car rides (and feels) better than it did... Only downside I see now is my desire to get a lower profile floor jack.

After the paint dries, pick a spot, remove the backing on the label, and install decal. 
The decals have now been on the brakes for darn near 16 months and still look good. One is starting to peel at one edge but oh well... I've got several left so replacing it shouldn't be too big a deal.
