Front or Rear or both? I would like to know as well. ADP crash est guide says 1.7 hours to R & R the front and .6 on the rear.

The outside bumper cover is the only thing that is different on the GT, both front and rear. I have not changed one, but have checked into the difference. It is my understanding that it is not that hard. All the internals are the same.

hmm... thanks for the link, how do i go about ordering them? i am going to email the guy about it, cuz i hate the v6 front bumper, the gt is awsome, so i'd probably replace that and get a gt grill to go along with it.

I also got my bumper from Mike @ Casco. Someone was kind enough to leave a green resin patio chair in the middle of Rte. 237 near Cleveland airport-at night, almost missed it  .

Bought the bumper from Mike, yes it is an easy install-however you will need new foreward fender liners (cheap) valance between the bumper and radiator core support (cheap) and-due to the fact that they are totally different-a GT grille (reasonably priced), I also needed to transfer the end reinforcements from the old bumper to the new.

Still waiting for fender liners, Gt grill and valance-BO'd thorough Ford. will post pics when done. Due to budget constraints, Fog lamps will have to wait.

Hey, I like that! I've always been annoyed by the front bumper on the V6 because we don't have to have a front plate here in Arizona.
