I've never been a big fan of chrome wheels, so given the option I'd take the metal 18's. If chrome was the only option, I'd certainly go with the chrome.

I will probably get them eventually,

I will get chrome, because it looks good with sonic blue, gives it more of a pop

Darker/Deep colours and chrome look the bomb...

Black/Chrome
Sonic/Chrome
Redfire/Chrome

Even mineral gray might look good with them...

Lighter cars and chrome just don't seem to mix

I'd rather have machined. But on the Mustang I ordered, I have the Bullit (standard) wheels on it. I think those look good.

Especially with red painted calipers on a Torch Red car

Not that I'm purchasing an '05, but I like Machine (Metal) finish!

Unless the wheels are 'Black Chrome'!!

Ill be getting chrome torq thrusts on my black GT(after they become available). I think chrome wheels look good on black cars.

Being that most cars or trucks are void of any crome on the body a good set of crome rims and raised lettered or colored pinline tires can really make a ride stand out these days . B)

I can imagine it now. Cruising on a black GT with the 17 inch Torq Thrust and some BFG's with the white lettering showing.
