Dash Repair?

Bought this 2010 mustang and whoever owned it before me had crap stuck all over the dash, must have used some type of space age adhesive and really globbed it on. I got it all off but in doing so, i destroyed the dash. I can't find a slip over cover anywhere, i guess they don't make them. I don't want to carpet or the overlays. Is there any hope for getting this repaired, no way I want to go through the headache of yanking out the whole dash, thx ford for the one piece crap.... Thought about bed liner spray or some questionable iron on pieces. My windshield id cracked and needs to be replaced so it would be a great time to find a way to repair it, with the winshield out.
Has anyone had the same problem and if so, how did you repair it? Makes me sick everytime i have to see it... Maybe an upholstery shop could recover the top?

The Top When Available Was The Whole Dash Assembly So it's Used Or a Cover!

A Cover is Out of Sight Out of Mind!

Unless You Can Find a Good Enough Upholstory Shop To Fix it. Or If You Are Brave Enough to Try! It's a Job Trying To Fill Holes & Simulate Texture & Then Redye. See Link on How it's Done!

We've (Australia), got a few designated shops that only do dashboard renewals, sure you'd have the same thing in your neck of the woods?

I Would Think With The RHD Conversions, You Would Have More Skilled DASH Folks Than we Do In The States Takes a Lot of Skill To Do The Flip I Would Guess!

I guess that may be the case? Fortunate, the Mustang & Corvette are made RHD from the factory for the Aussie, Japanese & UK markets. Just did a quick Google search & found these two places Stateside; https://www.justdashes.com/ https://tedandsonuph.com/dash-repair
