I like it. I've thought of doing something similar.

Thanks guys. I really like the look of them.
In person they are way nicer looking. The offset is perfect compared to my old rims.

I am not a huge fan of black wheels, but those look good on your car.

That looks like a actual big brake kit. If so, what brand?
Nicely done my man.

The calipers are Powerstop. Basically reman brembo's in the front, the rears I purchase at the same time so they would match without messing around coloring my original ones.
I did the upgrade gt500 rotor on the rear, I did not use an adapter plate for that, I removed the axle shafts and changed the caliper bracket over to the gt500.
The stickers I got off ebay and I thought they added a nice personal touch.
I sourced out all the pieces which was cheaper than purchasing a big brake kit.

That makes a big improvement. Car just looks a lot meaner. I am typically a fan of the 5 spoke wheels, but the new ones do look even better! Very nice

I took the new tires out to stretch thier legs. I have nothing but high praise for these tires. Travelling at 110 kmh (posted limit is 120) on the highway in the rain,.these things stuck. Occasional puddle and they sliced through them nicely. My old nitro invo's. I would be knuckling the steering wheel at 90. Sunny day the next day and the tires were gripping the pavement when I punched it,. The tires gripped and launched where I found the old ones would spin like crazy. Only thing I noticed about these tires I did not like as much was that they have a tendency to follow the road imperfections. I give these tires a thumbs up.

that is called "tramlining" and it is pretty common with sticky tires, due to basic physics: "for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction" . . . . in other words, if the tires can push real hard on the road, then the road can push real hard on the tires

tread design does affect it a bit, I hear the tires with the solid center rib(s) are the worst . . . and also the most responsive to steering inputs . . . "there is no free lunch" ;-)
