Fly wheel suggestion please

Nephew has 2007 Mustang v6, needs new flywheel. He's having issues finding a used one. Any leads, suggestions? New would be last resort.

Welcome to the site. Nothing in the salvage yards? I would think a V6 would be an easy mark. More of those than the GT's.

With all the labor involved it might be worthwhile to consider a new OEM flywheel for only $168.
Btw, it looks like the part is different based on the 2007’s build date (before/after 12-4-06).

You can also get a new one for under $100.
