Yes. The bumper should just mount up. Front one is a bit more complicated, but that rear is the same hangers on the corners. May have to get a couple of added push pins for the rear bottom, especially the center strap. But you'll want to get a dual exhaust setup to complement the thing, and I'd suggest slanted/baloney cuts rather than straight for the tips, and I'd further suggest rolled slanted tips. For the looks anyway.

Where would I get the pushpins or would Ford have them In the shop already?
