Engine brake not working after putting stock tune back

Hey all, I recently got a Track cal from ford racing and even though I enjoyed the lopey idle mode and extra torque, the car was too touchy. So I put the stock tune back in and went for a drive. Now the car is great again for daily driving but it feels like engine braking is not there. I know the trackcal gives you extra engine braking but I can't use the arguement that I'm used to the trackcal engine braking so the stock feels like it's a lot less. I only had the tune for 3 days so I haven't forgotten how the original tune was.
Now in any gear even 2nd the car just keeps rolling and I have a feeling my brakes are not gonna last as long since the engine is not slowing the car down :/

If the Track Cal is like the track key it gives a lot more breaking than stock. When I use my stock key it is night and day.

I agree with Jazzman442. The engine braking in the Track Key is very effective. I think three days is enough time to get used to it. That's also part of what makes it feel so touchy.
