Breaking News: Another Crippled Pony!!!
Unfortunately, I was on the news this evening (that's me standing in front of my crippled Mustang next to the fella in the yellow vest). After 17 years driving I-95, I finally get collected in a big one. A demolition derby right in front of me with no where to go. Five car accident, one person hauled away in an ambulance and 3 lanes closed.
Must have been the calipers I painted this weekend. Couldn't stop quick enough (actually had a pretty good distance between me and the guy in front of me). Fortunately, the state trooped placed the blame on a minivan driver in front of me. Just hope it plays out that way when the final report is made. The two cars in front of me hardly had any rear end damage. My front end took a beating though. No airbags deployed. Well that car didn't last too long.

Yep. This a stretch of interstate were there are numerous fender benders. It was 4:25 in the afternoon with rush hour well underway. Oddly enough, traffic was moving well today. Supposedly, someone stopped in the fast lane and caused a chain reaction. The state trooper put fault on one of the minivans based on stories of 3 of the cars in front of me. IDK. I saw several cars collide and all I could do is jam on the brakes. Unfortunately, there was no shoulder to dive off onto due to construction. I can only sit back and wait for the accident report at this time.

Ouch. So sorry man...
...but, hey, lemonade from lemons time... now you have an excuse to paint the car to match those calipers, right?

... but likely, that'll buff right out, so I guess not.
/Good that you're ok. Stuff can be fixed/replaced.
//Hope the guy in the ambulance is ok too.
