I've had this happen before, where it just stopped and wouldn't budge. I ended up replacing the caliper.

I think you can run 05-10 struts with your eibachs as long as you use the GT500 mounts. I think the difference in struts is that 11-14 are a bit longer, and the GT500 mounts make up the height...
