Is this impacting airbag functionality?
2016 v6 three pedal coupe.
When the vanity lights turn on the airbag indicator on the dash goes on (yellow). When the visor/vanity lights are not in use the airbag light does not show up. I am more worried about the airbag working properly. Is this just an issue of loose wire/fuse or is this affecting the airbags working?

I'm not quite familiar with the term of vanity lights.. However, it is quite normal for the airbag indicator on the dash to turn on initially just after starting the vehicle, and then it will shut off automatically... Also, whenever the dash lights are turned to the ON position while the engine is not engaged, the airbag and engine warning indicators will also illuminate until the dash light switch is turned back to the off position.. Once again, this is completely normal... Therefore, whenever the visor/vanity lights or whatever your definition is referring to are not in use, the airbag light indicator will not illuminate, nor is it supposed to... That being said, unless the airbag indicator continuously remains on or flashes repeatedly? the functionality of the airbag is working properly and there is no reason for concern...
