Need some opinions here.
I have a 2009 GT and am thinking of going with:
"45TH GT"

Does this come across as an anniversary Mustang, GT model
or
as the 45th year of the GT model?

Are you purists going to razz me because the GTs weren't intorduced until '65?

(Years ago, when I first got my GT in May 2005, I was considering the plate "LGND LVS," after the first s197 commercial, with Steve McQueen. Alas its taken now. <sigh>)

 

I think the first choice is the best one. The rest are just so-so and #12 is downright fruity. JMO.

This would be better in a separate thread, as you're s'posed to post the plates themselves... but I also choose #1 only.

However, it is *your* choice. Nobody's opinion here is important. Do what you want... and you know you want 12...

I moved to California from Long Island last year:

 

I know it's an '05-'09 thread but it is a Mustang site...

 

Meaning, initially, the wife was not a fan, but we wore her down, until SHE KVD. Now, of course, she loves driving 'our' car, and she loves the plates!

She still likes to keep me in line, though.

 

First one was before the PJ was converted to SC with a Super Shaker. The second one is on the PJ now.
